Soft supple leather that's 100% waterproof Lined with a warm knit fabric with flannel trim at the knee. They are over the knee but and have an elasticized gore for comfort. By folding down the top and revealing the gray flannel you get a completely different look. The rubber lug sole gives you plenty of traction but is still comfortable and stylish. Good condition. Has some scratches on top of toe.
