Rhode (Resort) maxi dress AS-IS

There is a ton of life left in this dress, but due to the noticeable (but fixable) flaws, I am listing it as AS-IS. There are two small coffee stains, one up near the neckline and the other about halfway down through the skirt part of the dress. There are a few holes in the skirt part that appear fixable. These are all on the overlay/dress part. The slip is in excellent condition with no signs of damage.
