Case does have a small spot on top, right above the "ad" (please see picture), not sure how it got there, these have been in a dresser drawer. The cleaning cloth is in original packaging. All protection covering is original. There is a small rip in the plastic bag ( where you pull apart at the top , please see picture) and the plastic cover on one of the arms of the glasses is missing (please see picture).
