Like new, barely worn. This skirt is very flattering with the ruffled hem & can be dressed up or down. Great for travel; doesn’t wrinkle and barely takes up any room in your carry on bag or suitcase. Great closet staple & very versatile! Material is 95% polyester, 5% spandex. Machine wash cold. Waist to hem: 21 inches Waistband: 26 inches around. It is elastic so has plenty of give/stretch.
