Louis Vuitton - Montsouris Empriente Turtledove

In great used condition. Purchased in April 2021 at the Charleston store . Carried for about a year. Used bag insert so the interior is in excellent condition with no marks or flaws. The top part of the interior where the bag closes does have darkening (see pictures). Straps. One mini loop is missing. I tried to get LV to replace it shortly after the purchase which they said they would but never heard back. The strap functions just fine without it. Some of the glazing on one of the straps had broken off. It’s very minimal in size (see picture). Some rubbing off on bottom corners. All in all , it’s a beautiful bag that I’ve loved but ready to rotate for something new.
