mwicht @jlbeggs ya I’ve read reviews that quite a few other people had that same issue with these. I also have a narrow heal so I’m concerned I might have that same problem. Do you think adding a padded heel grip would help?

mwicht Bummer, I love them too but thank you for your honesty. Obviously this was a flaw in how they made this shoe because it seems many people had the same problem & you are correct, I was looking at photos from a different seller, sorry about that.
