Beautiful Handmade Vintage Cirle skirt! My mom had this in her closet but couldn't remember when she got it. Anywhere from the 80's on... It is Handmade. with 2 buttons on the side and a metal zipper.
No flaws that I can see. Made out of cotton. The waist is 15" flat and the length is 29". Shown with a crinoline, not included.
Great for Car Shows or Pinup Girl photo shoots.

This is absolutely beautiful. I wish I could fit. My measurement is about 35/36” so about 18” flat. This is definitely one of a kind skirt!
