Vintage Tommy Hilfiger jacket, men’s size L, but runs small

Vintage Tommy Hilfiger men’s jacket from 2003. Light lining. The left sleeve has a group of pockets on the outside, the largest with a zipper closure. An inside pocket is on the left side, with elastic along the rim to hold objects inside. A small white spot on the right sleeve. It looks like a splash of bleach.
