This is a cute vintage brass desktop pen holder shaped like 3 puppies huddled together. The black plastic (bakelite?) holder can be swiveled around to point the pen the direction you want. Felted bottom. Brass could use some polishing if you like that look, I just prefer the aged patina. Ink in pen still!
