Beautiful 60s/70s vintage Kelly Green cape dress. all one piece. Cape is attached and can not be removed. One of the most beautiful dresses I have seen, I just don't have anywhere to wear it! Women's M. Fits me and I am usually a medium or large in tops, 10 12 in bottoms. Very long, so for me, 5 foot I would need to wear heels or have it altered but I would hate to mess with it.
