brsammut16 Hello. My order for this dress said it was delivered but it wasn’t. It said a label was printed at the self service kiosk and got delivered to a PO Box in NYC but that is not my address. I dont live in NYC or have an address on file for a PO Box. Im just a bit confused and worried as to how you got the wrong address because I’ve never had a poshmark order deliver to the wrong address before.

brsammut16 And if the label is already pre-processed with my address and ready to print I don’t know how that could have happened. I’ve reached out to support to get help on this issue so If you have any idea as to what happened could you please clarify and let me know. Thank you.
