Vintage Antique Sterling Delft Holland Windmill Porcelain Lapel Pin Brooch

Vintage antique Delft Holland Windmill blue and white porcelain lapel pin brooch. Signed with two makers marks on the C catch. One looks to say either 800 or 835 for sterling. Also signed on the back. Measures 1.25”x1.25” Photos show a white streak on some of the windmill scene which is my light from taking photos.
