Damascene is process of inlaying silver and gold on oxidized metal. While this is not my usual collecting style, they did create amazing designs. In this one, each station has a mother of pearl inlay and the designs are intact. It is a 1940s-1960’s piece so it has some wear to the back metal (see spots barely visible photos) but it is in very good vintage condition! Very unusual but very pretty piece!
