NWT Anthropologie Dress, “Weston” brand. Super cute & classy! Great condition. See photos for materials and care as well as measurements. Colour: the top part of the dress is kind of an off white colour, and the skirt is a dark charcoal grey with a hint of navy (to my eyes). The elastic waist band is black.
