just double-checking - is the waist really only 13.75" flat? that just seems so small for a size 8. is there any stretch or is there a zipper? thanks!

@erinrich85 unfortunately they do run small in the waist. There’s a side zipper! I’d say best fits a size 6. They do have darts in the waist so an experienced tailor may be able to let out the darts to accommodate a larger waistband size
