Fine quality blue wool, with white linen collar and cuffs, featuring red and blue silk piping detail. Classic, dramatic peplum silhouette. Fabric covered buttons. Built in shoulder pads. 3” upturned cuffs. Beautifully lined in navy blue silk crepe with slots to rest your arms in when you want to wear ot over your shoulders. Just the sweetest thing!
