This pant is a true high rise and features an elastic waist, with a full gathered, easy fit around the hips and thigh and a tapered straight leg. Designed with a crop hem, but sits at ankle length for our more petite gals. Measurements taken flat: Waist: 14.5in. Length: 37in. Inseam: 25in.
