Matty M baby doll dress

Matty M tank sleeveless dress in beautiful floral design, baby doll style with a V front and back, empire style waist and soft flowing full skirt. Fabric shows 100% rayon, but has a very soft tshirt feel that has stretch. Could also be worn as a longer tunic top with pants/leggings. Please refer to photo of approx measurements for fit. C28
