Black dress with white and various shades of blue polka dots. This is a fit and flare dress and comes with a matching fabric belt. There is a working zipper in the back. I removed the tag because it was scratchy. This dress does have pockets! Only worn a couple of times. Non-smoking, 3 dog household.
