Made in Uganda. While I in the military a group of women made me this dress. I’ve never had the chance to wear it, it’s simply too small for me. Not sure what it may have cost them, but they truly made a work of art! The top is shear, so you would have to wear something under it. A bit of white thread is showing under the waist cinch, but I’m sure it can be removed. Shown in last photo. Clean & garment bag kept. Has stretch in the arms and the waist.
