therealshoediva @baobabtc laying flat, From underarm to underarm is 18 inches. From the seam where the sleeve meets the shoulder down to the bottom of the jacket is 21 inches including the small ruffle. Also from the seam at the top of the sleeve down to the end of the sleeve 24 1/2 inches including the ruffle. Let me know if you have any other questions.

therealshoediva @baobabtc Also, laying flat at the smallest point. The waist is 15 inches across and the bottom of the jacket is 17 inches across.
