Matching Skirt is lined with the same fabric. French seams and elastic waist. the elastic is a looser, less tight, elastic. No tags on the skirt, but it is a size Large. Measurements about: 16" across at waist without stretching, 18" with a slight stretch. 37" long There is a small hole in he back where my heel caught. Darker marks on fabric.
