Excellent used condition, I only used this a handful of times, it still has a protective wrapping on the zipper pull inside. There is a padded laptop pocket (see pictures) inside as well as a zippered pocket on the outside of the laptop sleeve (includes care card), and two little pockets on the inside of the front flap of the backpack. There is a decent sized front zippered pocket. The zipper on the front pocket is a little hard to zip across, but I believe this is just do to the fact that the backpack was never worn in, so it is still pretty stiff. The straps have a nice padding to the underside.
