This rare find A-Line dress is from the early 2000’s by the beloved late designer Azzedine Alaïa. This dress features a high button snap neck which can be worn open as a collar or as a high neck. It also features a keyhole leather trimmed belt (hole can be covered by belt by wearer if wanted).
