This dress is a pullover with a faux wrap look. It has a double ruffle kimono type sleeve. The waistband is elastic with an attached belt. The vertical stripes make for a flattering fit. It is in excellent condition! Armpit to armpit is 21 inches. The waist laying flat is 14 inches and can be stretched to 19 inches .
