I loved this dress, but only wore it once. I needed a medium and they didn’t have one then. Now it is definitely the wrong size. Such an easy dress to dress up or down. Perfect condition. The tie at the waist is attached. I got it last year, but it looks like they are still selling it or a version of the same this year.
