Cute fit and flare skirt by MSK. Skirt body is a shimmery, pewter colored taffeta, with black velvet flocking in the shape of roses and wild flower sprays. The flocking gets heavier towards the bottom of the skirt and ends with a wide border trim of black poly velvet. It has delicate scalloped black trim at upper hem and zipper closure in back. Unlined.
