@nicholesophia13 Can you use this without either steel infuser inserted? Do you have to use both black pieces or can you just use the very top lid? Excuse my ignorance, I've never used one of these but would like to get into drinking loose leaf tea.

@tanja1031 no worries at all! To infuse the tea, you’d need to use the steel pieces! Once you have your desired strength, you can take the pieces out!
