dactylshop Hi. I have a question I can't seem to find the answer to. I'm trying to figure out how people box and ship their red glass stuff. I see the $7.97 flat rate price but what do you do if it's more than that. Is there a certain type of box that costs that price to use? Sorry I know it's unrelated to purchasing and long but I can't seem to find any answers. Thanks!

jclothing2 @frog1603 Hi Brittany. Poshmark charges a flat rate for shipping through the US Post Office. This is good for up to 5 lbs. I will box it in a priority mailing box, and Poshmark sends a pre-paid label to the seller. If you like the item by clicking the ❤️ then I can offer a discount and shipping discount. This means that I will reduce the cost to pay for part of the shipping.

dactylshop thank you very much. That was very helpful. So it can be in any type of box or a flat rate post office box and as long as it's under 5 pounds it's 7.97 to ship? So If you have a lot of the red glass or items it's cheapest to sell individually or under 5lbs so the site will pay for shipping?

jclothing2 @frog1603 Either the buyer or seller pay the shipping. rarely is something over 5 lbs. If over, the seller can request a different label. I've never had to request, but I think they send with no additional cost.
