art deco edwardian silvertone probably some kind of plating either gold or rhodium it's in very good condition I'm not seeing much wear or flaking or anything it's non magnetic but definitely not sterling. it's pretty lightweight. the green circles esp look like jade but I'm not sure. the green triangles look more glassy and the white rhinestone aka faux diamond is glass or cz didn't test as anything. belt buckle looking closure and has a security chain. 7" length. stunning!
