Brand new, no tag, skinny, utility style low rise pants by BDG. They are size 28 but I feel like they fit a little small, so closer to a 27. Lying flat they are 15.5 inches across the waistband (but remember these are low rise), 9” rise and 28” inseam. Black with diagonal stitching on front of legs.
