She + Sky Leopard Print Skirt

New with tag. Zips up the back Adjustable tie in front. Lined half way and liner has stretch but skirt does not. Waist laying flat is 13". Total skirt length is 31" laying flat. There is a snag like mark on the lining (see pic 14).
