Hot Topic Hocus Pocus Dress

Hot Topic Disney Hocus pocus tulle dress. has imperfections missing black ribbon belt, belt loops have fraying as shown in photos, one small hole in the tulle but not noticeable when wearing. there is a snag on the chest area of the dress from where my watch had got caught. and a couple little small pulls that shown in photos. otherwise in good condition besides minor imperfection. But with that is still considered flawed. (update Ribbon Found) Size adult large
