This short, turned-up sleeved dress is so cute in its simplicity. It does do an interesting thing with side seams that slowly make their way toward the front of the dress. This comes without pockets😕. It has a bottom closure at the back to slip this over your head. The measurements are 21” PTP and 35” long. It has an over-sized design.
