Vintage color block tribal southwestern Shipibo patterned pleated flowy skirt

I bought this skirt on the Turquoise Trail in New Mexico many many years ago. I have around seven or eight of them that I will be posting. They are each unique and gorgeous. They look to be handmade, as they do not have any tags or markings on them regarding the brand or material. The material feels to be cotton at the top and many of the color block areas appear to be cotton as well. I’m unsure about the majority of the skirt with the kind of embroidered look. The skirt has a nice heavy feel to it, not lightweight or wispy. This skirt has a nice elastic waist. Flat measuring, the skirt measures 11 1/2 inches at the waist. When stretched, out it measures 18 inches. The skirt is in great condition. Because of its unique fabrics and dye it has some interesting stripes that have developed on the block of solid materials.
