tmbergeron4512 Hello I have a crazy question but here goes--are the pleats like sewn down not huge and puffy. I know some pleated skirts are so huge and over powering if that makes sense? What is hip measure 9 inches down from waist band and straight across? Thank you for your help. Love your closet by the way and J Crew is my favorite.
