Very light, comfortable, flirty, and has some stretch to it. The straps are adjustable and dress includes a sewn on, runched waist tie. Dress slips on over the head. No Zipper or buttons. The Mesh / Chiffon overlay is adorned with velvet black sparkling etches of floral sprays. Underneath the mesh, the dress lining is turquoise blue with a frill of Tulle sewn around base of skirt. The Mesh overlay gives the illusion that the dress is a sparkling, Lagoon Blue / Green. Still super cute, nicely kept, and a good choice for many social events.
