Vintage Pleated Midi Skirt - Black with Red Details - Great for cold weather

I bought this over a decade ago and have worn it about 4 times total. Not sure of the specific year it was made, but it has a retro look that could be 50s, could be retro-80s. • Great heavyweight vintage skirt in excellent condition. Likely a size small (see measurements). • A-line / circle skirt. Black fabric with red stitching details. • Side zipper. Lined. Pleats. • Note that it does NOT have pockets, just details at the waist meant to look like pockets. • Tag has faded with time, so I don't know the size. Approximate measurements are: - Waist: 30" - Hips: 36" - Width at hem: 48-52" - Length: 22" • The tag has faded with time, so I don't have the fabric information. It feels to me like a heavy cotton or cotton blend, perfect for winter. Note that there is no stretch to the fabric • Great condition; no stains, rips, tears or visible wear
