The M-65 OG-107 jacket is a popular field jacket designed for the US military. The jacket fastens with a zipper and snaps with a waist and bottom drawstring. This jacket is very good quality and a strong surface material which is great for the autumn, winter and spring. In the 6th picture you can see a couple of blemishes. 65% Polyester, 35% Cotton Tough, lightweight and comfortable Ideal for all outdoor pursuits Zipped-in concealed hood 4 Snap-Up Pockets This M65 military jacket is made of a water-resistant poly cotton twill and has a concealable hood and heavy-duty brass zipper to give you added protection against wind and rain. The M-65 field coat was first issued to the U.S. Armed Services in 1965 as a replacement for the M-51 field coat. The M-65 represented the culmination of field coat design, drawing on the technological developments of the M-43 and M-51 field coats used in WWII and Korea. The M-65 incorporated the bi-swing back and oversize design originally developed for the M-41 to provide more room for soldiers to carry everything from personal items to extra ammunition. wineoclock1562 @rvill0072 Hi there - Your coat is packed and dropped off at the post office. I am not quite sure about the wind cuffs. I want to say no it doesn't have them, but then again they could be hidden and I didn't notice. I hope that is ok
