My model is a 9 lb Rat Terrier. Her measurements are 9 inch neck and 16-inch girth. This fits her perfectly. The harness is 5 inches from neck to waist band, then 2 inches of skirting. Total 7 inches neck to bottom of skirt. The elastic makes this fit between sizes. Measure your dog with a fabric measuring tape. I suggest neck sizes 8 to 10 and girth 15 to 17.
