Forever 21 brand brings you this great transitional mini skirt. It is 98% cotton/2% elastane wide wale corduroy in a rich chestnut color. It has an elastic pull-on waist, so there is no bulk at the waistline. It also features a small slit on front left side of skirt. Junior size Large (see pics for measurements).
