It is a men’s shirt/jacket
It all depends on your personal size
It would fit Oversize for Sm
Loose fit for Mm
Perfect fit for Lg

For a men’s shirt/jacket it is a standard fit so it is made to fit loosely in the mid and taper in at the bottom ( suitable for tucking in) for a female it would naturally be a loose fit.
If you are a xs-sm- this would fit like a Lg or XL
-unfortunately not able to get specific measurements aside from the basics

It is a Levi’s Denim- which is a very sustainable denim.
The price is based upon Its barely been worn- it has moved many closets over the years however its condition is almost as good as new- Which the price brand new is $80
The lowest I’d go is $55 as it is in great condition- and is a very sustainable denim- however I can understand if that is not for you
