Juicy Couture mid length dress

I don’t know what size this is or when it was made. It is navy blue, 39” long from top of shoulder to hem. It goes on over your head, has short sleeves, and measures about 20” from pit to pit (stretched out) I would guess it to be a medium size. It’s a cute, casual dress made 100% Modal. Style #5993. Possibly vintage. I’m not sure.
