angieshort @sayeo92 Hi! 😊 The straps on the back are fully adjustable. The straps slide through loops on each side panel allowing the chest area to be pulled as tight or as loose as needed. I purposely didn't measure the chest area because I didn't want to confuse buyers. The chest measurement will be different based on how tight the straps are adjusted and tied. I would say if the chest area is an area you struggle to fit, then unfortunately this might not be the right dress for you.
