Steel blue David’s Bridal dress, optional straps worn many ways, discontinued

This beautiful dress can be worn strapless or you can tie two panels of chiffon up over the front in many different way to customize the look of this dress. Small stain on one of the panels that isn’t noticeable when worn, and some small makeup stains on the inside from putting on/taking off (pictures included). This dress was hemmed a little for a 5’4.5” woman in heels but is still very long.
