Bella Lili is a jewelry brand owned/operated by Autumn Phillips. She makes all the jewelry herself and everything is either in very limited quantities or one of a kind. I bought this necklace about ten years ago (maybe more!) and I don't think I ever wore it.. It features an antique key that has browned with age on a blue ribbon.
