Bella Lili is a jewelry brand owned/operated by Autumn Phillips. She makes all the jewelry herself and everything is either in very limited quantities or one of a kind. I bought this necklace about ten years ago (maybe more!) and I never wore it. It features a pair of bird talons clutching a heart. Suspended below is a vial containing a black skull with a crown on it on top of some moss. The necklace length is about 15.5", with a 3" extender chain, and it has a clasp closure.
