Cold shoulder, knee length, ties at waist, hidden zipper in the back, surprise bodice, matching tie sash, faux wrap. Beautiful colors blue and white polka dotted. Never worn, but no tags. I tried it on and wanted to wear it but have lost weight and never got around to it - now it doesn’t fit. It’s so cute!
