Vintage Leslie Fay Petite Midi Skirt

Reposhing this item I purchased from @lmnopearce. Loved it, but its too tight! I need another inch in the waist to wear is comfortably. Questions? I am usually a LARGE. I think since this is vingtage is its medium for American Girl.
