COACH Vintage messenger bag

An authentic big Coach messenger bag. Crafted of substantial, (but soft and supple) genuine cowhide. All hardware is a brushed nickel, and the bag is finished with tan stitching. All rivets are marked, “COACH”. The bag has ample carrying capacity. The interior features a generously sized main section with a large, zippered side pocket, 2 accessory slip pockets on the opposite side, a three-section leather strip for pens and a third slip pocket for glasses or phone. All pockets are leather trimmed. The exterior of the bag just brings more. Under the full-sized fold-over flap there is a full width hidden zipper side pocket. The back has a full-length snap closure slip pocket that has a zippered side pocket inside. Each end of the bag has a vertical slip pocket. The front flap clips shut with a brushed nickel clasp that reads, “COACH LEATHERWARE EST. 1941”. Body of bag is lined with a tan heavy cotton or micro-fiber. The brown heavy weight canvas adjustable strap (shoulder to cross-over) is top stitched in tan. Measures 13 inches long x 13 inches high x 3-1/4 inches deep. Strap is 1-1/2 inches wide with adjustable drop length of a maximum of 25 inches down to a 13 inch drop. Leather is pristine. Strap is pristine. Some surface scratches on nickel clasp. Overall, it is exceptional. An outstanding bag in a very difficult to find style of traditional good looks with a non-trendy modern flare.
